The VCA Twenty 20 Club Championship starts this weekend, with all teams trying to take the crown off the powerful Mele Bulls from Mele. Mele won all four titles last season, but will find it much tougher in this T20 campaign with the Dolphins, the Paama Sharks, Tafea CC, Tuskers North Efate, Ifira BB and the Malapoa College Boys.

Head coach Moise Poida has announced a strong squad for the upcoming OFC U-20 Championship, which takes place at Auckland's Centre Park from April 21 to 29.

The Port Vila Game Fishing Club held its annual tournament - the Wilco Hardware & Tusker Gamefish Classic 2010 - late last year.

The original date set for the tournament was November 27 and 28 but, due to very rough weather, the tournament was postponed to December 4 and 5.

Well we had a huge week-end of golf with the annual visit by the Doumbea Golf Club being another resounding success.

57 men and 19 ladies played on Saturday with the Ford Monthly Medals being up for grabs for the locals and a seperate club sponsored comp for the visitors.
